Lynne it will be great to have a local colleague who is in the professional world and I look forward to more contact.I work in the OP centre for Assessment of Prior Learning, so am also involved in the recognition and credentiasling of people's skills and knwoeldge against set criteria/competencies. Waving to all of you from Vancouver, BC, Canada. I'm a cult follower of Sarah Stewart. She put on the 24 hr Int'l Day of the Midwife. First time in history I've ever observed anyone being able to round up midwives and make them shut up for 40 minutes, ha ha. Seriously, it was an amazing event with ongoing positive fallout so I want to know more about what Sarah is doing and how I can grow rich and famous by stealing her ideas :) Gloria Lemay
